1. Return Policy

Effective Date: 5th February, 2026

At MANIC FITS, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within:

  • Up to 4 days of delivery for orders inside Dhaka City (Sadar)
  • Up to 7 days of delivery for orders outside Dhaka City (Sadar)

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Discounted / sale items
  • Customized items
  • Final clearance products
1.2 Conditions for Returns

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, stains, odor, or alteration will not be accepted.

  • The original invoice/receipt must be provided.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a verified defect or an error from MANIC FITS (wrong item / wrong size sent).
1.3 How to Initiate a Return

  • Order Number
  • Your Phone Number / Email used in the order
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the issue is defect/wrong item)

2. Refund Policy

At MANIC FITS, we only provide refunds in cases where a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect — and only if exchange is not possible.

When Refunds Apply

A refund will be issued only if:
• You receive a defective or wrong item
• You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• You provide clear photos/videos as proof
• The issue is verified by our team
• A replacement/exchange is not available

Refund Process
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
• Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bKash or bank transfer.
• Any applicable transaction fees may be deducted.

Non-Refundable Cases
• Size issues (exchange only, if eligible)
• Sale/discounted items
• Customized products
• Used items or products without original tags/packaging
• Shipping charges

1.1 Conditions for Exchange

Exchanges are allowed within:

  • Up to 4 days of delivery for orders inside Dhaka City (Sadar)
  • Up to 7 days of delivery for orders outside Dhaka City (Sadar)

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Not eligible for exchange:

  • Discounted / sale items
  • Customized items
  • Final clearance products
  • International orders (if applicable)
1.2 What Can Be Exchanged
  • Items can be exchanged for a different size or color (subject to availability).
  • If the requested size/color is unavailable, you may exchange for another product of equal value.
  • If the new product costs more, you must pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference may be adjusted as store credit (based on approval).

2. Exchange Process

2.1 How to Request an Exchange

  • Item name/variant (size & color)
  • Requested new size/color
  • Reason for exchange
2.2 Next Steps
  • Our support team will confirm eligibility and give you return instructions.
  • After we receive and inspect the item, we will process and dispatch your exchange.

3. Shipping and Fees

3.1 Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping to MANIC FITS for exchanges.
  • MANIC FITS will cover the shipping cost to send the exchanged item back within Bangladesh (only after approval).
3.2 Free Exchange for Defective / Incorrect Items

If the exchange is due to a verified defect or our error (wrong product/size sent), MANIC FITS will cover all shipping costs.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

Customized products, discounted/sale items, clearance items, and items showing signs of use, washing, odor, stains, damage, or alteration are not eligible for exchange.
