Welcome to Manic Fits. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Shopify-powered online store and related services operated by MANIC FITS, a registered business operating in Bangladesh.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "We", "Us", "Our" refers to MANIC FITS.
  • "You", "Your", "User" refers to any individual accessing our website or purchasing our products.
  • "Store" refers to our online platform hosted on Shopify.

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.

3.2 You confirm that all information provided during checkout or account creation is accurate and up to date.

4. Products and Pricing

4.1 All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice.

4.2 Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.3 We reserve the right to update prices, offers, or product specifications at any time.

5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to confirmation and approval by Manic Fits.

5.2 Payment Methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • bKash (if available)

    5.3 Order Confirmation: A confirmation message or email will be sent after successful order placement.

    5.4 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or verification concerns.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Delivery Area: We currently deliver within Bangladesh only.

6.2 Delivery Charges:

  • Inside Dhaka: BDT 70
  • Outside Dhaka: BDT 120

    6.3 Estimated Delivery Time:
  • Typically 2–5 working days (may vary due to courier delays or external factors).

    6.4 Risk of Loss: Ownership and responsibility for the product transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

7.1 Eligibility: To qualify for an exchange or return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • The original Manic Fits tag must be intact and attached to the product. No tag, no return.
  • Any alteration to the tag will also result in no return.

7.2 Exchanges: We're happy to exchange your recent purchase for a different size or a different product, provided the eligibility conditions above are met.

  • Delivery charges (paid by the customer): Inside Dhaka — BDT 100; Outside Dhaka — BDT 120.
  • Price differences: If the new item costs more than the original, the customer pays the difference. If the new item costs less, Manic Fits will refund the difference.

7.3 Returns: We accept returns on all products that meet our eligibility conditions. Once your request is approved, here's how it works:

  1. Raise a return request with our team.
  2. We will send a package to your address that contains a separate inner package for repacking your product.
  3. Place your item securely inside the inner package.
  4. Hand it to our delivery agent at pickup.
  • Delivery charges (paid by the customer): Inside Dhaka — BDT 100; Outside Dhaka — BDT 120.

7.4 Refunds: Refunds are processed in two stages, and the payments themselves are instant on our end at each stage:

  • Initial 50%: An upfront refund of 50% is issued as soon as your return request is approved and pickup is initiated.
  • Remaining 50%: The remaining 50% is issued instantly once we receive the product and confirm it meets our return conditions.
  • Timeline: The full refund typically takes between 3 to 10+ business days overall. This is the time it takes for your returned product to reach us, not the payment processing time.
  • Refund method: Refunds are issued via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any provider you prefer). Please share your preferred mobile banking number when raising the request.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt website functionality or security
  • Copy, scrape, or misuse Manic Fits content without permission

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, designs, images, product names, videos, and written materials are the exclusive property of Manic Fits. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We are committed to protecting your data.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manic Fits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

12.2 Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

13. Force Majeure

Manic Fits shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or courier disruptions.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Manic Fits, replacing any prior agreements or understandings.
